RUSSIA - GUARANTOR OF ARMENIA-AZERBAIJAN JOINT RESOLUTION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia will be one of the guarantors of the fulfillment of the Armenian-Azerbaijani joint resolution on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Armen Smbatian stated when responding to PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question during the online interview on OpenArmenia.com. In his words, "Russia like the other OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is called to participate in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement." As Armen Smbatian noted, the settlement of the Karabakh conflict should be the joint decision by Armenia and Azerbaijan, and Russia among the other states will admit this decision.
