NOTHING WILL CRACK ARMENIA-RUSSIA RELATIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Russian Embassy in Armenia commented on the information published in Real Azerbaijan e-newspaper that the Russian special services were involved in the terrorist act committed October 27, 1999 in the Armenian parliament. The press release says in part, "In view of some publications on the alleged involvement of the Russian special services in the tragic events taken place October 27 in the Armenian parliament the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Armenia pays attention to the following facts. This falsehood is being spread by people known for their hatred to the democratic processes in Russia. They are purposing provocative objectives trying to create a negative image of Russia within the international community. Now we can observe an attempt to spoil the age-old relations between Armenia and Russia. However this attempt is doomed to failure, IA Regnum reports."
