KOCHARIAN MET WITH RUSSIAN TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT MINISTER

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian President Robert Kocharian met with Russian Minister of Territorial Development Vladimir Yakovlev, reported the Press Service of the Armenian leader. In the course of the meeting the parties discussed the reform process in territorial governance and local self-governance in the countries, as well as town-planning, housing and communal reforms. The interlocutors also noted that the solution of similar problems in former soviet states will be more efficient if they search for mutually favorable methods.
