ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER MET WITH RUSSIAN TERRITORIAL DEVELOPMENT MINISTER

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Secretary of the National Security Council at the President of Armenia, Co-Chair of the Armenian-Russian Inter-Governmental Commission for Economic Cooperation, Defense Minister Serge Sargsian met with Russian Minister of Territorial Development Vladimir Yakovlev, reported Press Secretary of the Defense Ministry of Armenia, colonel Seyran Shahsuvarian. In the course of the meeting the interlocutors discussed the course of the sitting of the Inter-Governmental Commission for Cooperation in Building Activities of the CIS Countries being held in Yerevan. The parties accentuated that such meetings will allow the cooperation in that field reach a new level, which will promote efficient implementation of programs being realized within the cooperation framework. Besides, Serge Sargsian and Vladimir Yakovlev considered questions of continuation of the unfinished building works in the territory of the 102-nd Russian military base in Gyumri.
