ARMENIAN-CHINESE INTERGOVERNMENTAL COMMISSION TO SIT IN BEIJING IN AUTUMN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Armenian President Administration, chairman of the Armenian-Chinese intergovernmental commission Artashes Tumanian met with China's Special Representative, Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Qiao Guanhua, RA President's press center reported. During the meeting Artashes Tumanian noted that Armenia attaches great importance to the development of the friendly ties with China. As the key factor the parties noted RA President's visit to China in 2004. At the same time they stressed that the Armenian-Chinese relations have big potential and pointed out to the role of the intergovernmental commission, whose sitting is scheduled for this autumn in Beijing. The interlocutors noted with satisfaction that joint programs are already being implemented in some fields of economy.
