NAGORNO KARABAKH PRESIDENT AND OSCE REPRESENTATIVE HIGHLIGHT FURTHER OBSERVING CEASE-FIRE REGIME

PanARMENIAN.Net - The situation at the contact line between the Nagorno Karabakh and Azeri armed forces was discussed by NKR president Arkady Ghukasian and personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk, who had arrived in Stepanakert. As reported by "De Facto" agency, the meeting participants paid special attention to the OSCE planned monitoring of the contact line between the troops planned for today. At the same time the parties emphasized the importance of further observing the cease-fire regime by the conflicting parties.
