Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan stated it in a conversation with journalists. "In case good work is done, the constituency attendance will be rather high. However, speaking of the outcomes is premature yet," stated the Armenian MOD head. It should be noted that the referendum on constitutional amendments is scheduled on November 27. Speaking of his coming visit to the US, Mr. Sargsyan stated, "I do not think my visit to the US can be crucial for solving any matters between Armenia and the US." "A visit of a defense minister is important and will promote strengthening our relations in the military field, of course."
