Kocharian: Election in Azerbaijan and Karabakh Problem Not Tied Together

PanARMENIAN.Net - The propaganda on the constitutional reform started rather actively though there is a problem of public awareness, Armenian President Robert Kocharian stated. He informed that to settle the problem copies of constitutional amendments are being typed in a great number. "We will try to provide each family with a copy of the draft constitution to familiarize the citizens with the amendments and help them to make conclusions basing not on various comments only," Robert Kocharian stated. When commenting on the forthcoming parliamentary election in Azerbaijan the RA President noted that it should not be tied with the Karabakh problem. In his opinion, the election in Azerbaijan will not have a serious impact upon the settlement process.
