Oskanian and Mammadyarov Met OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs

PanARMENIAN.Net - A meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs with Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Vartan Oskanian and Elmar Mammadyarov was held in Slovenia's capital Ljubljana on December 4. The Minsk Group mediators pin their hopes on the post-election situation in both countries. "In 2006, in the countries involved in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict there will be no major political events and elections, and we should use it," said U.S. Co-Chair Steven Mann. He also added that "the negotiation process has become more profound and has come to a higher level."
