BREACHES NOT FOUNT AT OSCE MONITORING OF AZERI AND KARABAKH FORCES CONTACT LINEJanuary 16, 2003 - 19:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE mission has held the planned monitoring of the contact line between the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh on Aghdam stretch.
