"We cannot take seriously similar statements sounded by the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister. Armenia's position on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is unchangeable and we are not going to come out of the negotiation process," Hamlet Gasparian noted. To remind, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated that "official Baku is ready to hold talks with the Armenian community of Karabakh if they admit Azerbaijani citizenship and if Armenia comes out of the negotiation process." ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
