Rescuer-2006 exercises are of command and staff nature and are aimed at organizing and comparing the work of the military and medical department of the Armenian MOD with the Rescue Service of Armenia, as well as expansion of cooperation opportunities with NATO partner states. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
