Linking Karabakh Settlement with Armenian-Turkish Relations Incorrect

In his words, linking settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict with normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations is incorrect. «When Turkey opens the border with Armenia, Azerbaijan will have to come to an agreement with the Armenian party in the Karabakh issue. Turkey's stand is the opposite: it is going to open the border after settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict,» Kiro Manoyan said.
