RA Defense Minister: Second Referendum in Karabakh Unnecessary

PanARMENIAN.Net - Referendum in Nagorno Karabakh may be held only in case if it's proposed by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs, said RA Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan in Yerevan today. However, in his words, there is no need in a second referendum. "The people of Karabakh have conducted a referendum once and expressed their will," the RA Defense Minister stated.
