Azerbaijan in Its Time Violated USSR Territorial Integrity

"It is more comfortable to it to remain part of the mother country state, like Komi. Opposite examples, when self-determining peoples left the mother country and built their own state, are not less in number. By the way, Azerbaijan's self-determination followed that way. It announced sovereignty by breaking the international and soviet law, violating the territorial integrity of the USSR. However, this is all theory," Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan stressed.
