  Vartan Oskanian to Visit Berlin and New YorkSeptember 21, 2006 - 20:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - September 22 Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian will depart for Berlin to take part in the International Bertelsmann Forum 2006, reported the RA MFA press office. Then the RA FM will head for New York for participation in the 61st session of the U.N. General Assembly, where he is scheduled to make a statement on September 25. Vartan Oskanian will hold a number of bilateral meetings including the one with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs. September 27 the Armenian FM will return to Yerevan.
