The details of the visit will be known tomorrow. As reported by Mediamax, when addressing the OSCE Permanent Council in summer Ms. Finley said that "one-sided decision on suspension of legal travel of people and commodity circulation at the Russian-Georgian border conflicts with economic and humanitarian interests of the peoples of the region, including Armenia."
