In his words, it is necessary to put every effort for holding proper elections in accordance with international norms. "In case of conducting non-democratic elections Armenia will face serious problems," he stressed. As to his future in the post of Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian noticed that it is early to speak on that subject.
