  Leo Platvoet to head PACE observation missionMarch 19, 2007 - 18:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - PACE rapporteur on POWs and missing persons Leo Platvoet will head the PACE mission to observe the parliamentary election in Armenia. As PanARMENIAN.Net reporter came to know from the CoE Yerevan office, the delegation will include 41 members and will arrive in Yerevan May 10.April 10-13 a short-term PACE mission consisting of 5 people will arrive in Armenia to monitor pre-election processes.
