Armenia to participate in Medceur-2007 NATO maneuvers in Moldova

PanARMENIAN.Net - From July 28 till August 10 military maneuvers entitled Medceur-2007 will be held for military officers from Central and Eastern Europe in "Bulboaca" military training facility, Moldova. The training will be held in the framework of "Partnership for Peace" NATO program. Spokesman for the RA Defense Ministry Colonel Seyran Shahsuvaryan told the PanARMENIAN.Net journalist that 60 medical officers from 13 countries would attend the maneuvers. Armenia, Albania, Azerbaijan, Byelorussia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Croatia, Moldavia and USA are participating in Medceur-2007. The goal of maneuvers is to work out actions for medical officers in joint operations.



14 persons will represent Armenia in maneuvers, including officers, lecturers and cadets from the Military Chair of the Yerevan State Medical University after M. Heratsi.
