NATO isn't liable to brand any state occupant

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Neither Armenia nor Azerbaijan are NATO associate members. They possess no right introduce provisions into the NATO PA agenda," Armenia's Ambassador to NATO Samvel Mkrtchyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"It's Azerbaijan's recurrent propagandistic trick," he said.

"NATO is not liable to announce this or that state aggressor," he said.

The remarks followed reports of the Azeri media saying, "Baku spares no effort for NATO recognition of Armenia as occupant."
