PanARMENIAN.Net - The RA Defense Ministry is planning to make its employees civil servants, Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan told reporters in Yerevan,



"An appropriate bill is awaiting consideration in the National Assembly," Mikael Harutyunyan said, Novosti Armenia reports.
