Armenian CEC to send mission to observe Russia State Duma Elections

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Central Election Committee has received a formal invitation to observe the elections to the Russian State Duma. CEC Spokesperson Tatevik Ohanyan said the composition has not been determined yet.



Armenian parliamentarians will also observe the Russian elections, RA NA Speaker Tigran Torosian said at a meeting with RF State Duma Chairman Boris Gryzlov October 31.



Russia invited over 300 international observers. 11 parties will run for parliament December 2, 2007, IA Regnum reports.
