  RA government to allocate 1-billion AMD state loan to KarabakhNovember 8, 2007 - 18:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government has decided to allocate 1-billion AMD ($3.1 million) state loan to Nagorno Karabakh, the RA government's press office reported.
