  3 RA CEC members to observe parliamentary elections in RussiaNovember 20, 2007 - 17:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Three members of the Armenian Central Election Committee will depart for Russia to observe parliamentary elections due December 2, 2007. The mission includes leading specialist of the RA CEC external relations department Atom Mkhitaryan, head of the program and methodological department Ruzanna Arakelyan and head of the CEC secretariat Nune Karapetyan.
