Vahan Hovhannisian: necessary to bring Karabakh back to talks

PanARMENIAN.Net - "The OSCE Minsk Group had been productively working until Azerbaijan became too aggressive," RA National Assembly Vice Speaker, presidential hopeful Vahan Hovhannisian said in an interview with Military Diplomat magazine.



"This fact can be easily explained. Azerbaijan is being instructed by a state which is not de jure a member of the Minsk Group but is capable to prevent Azerbaijan from independent decision making. Hostile Turkey imposes its inadmissible conditions. Thus, being represented by Azerbaijan in the OSCE Minsk Group, Turkey violates the initial plan of engaging neutral states in the negotiation process. This happens with the connivance of international organizations," he said.



"It's necessary to bring Nagorno Karabakh back to talks. I suppose that if these two issues are settled, there will be no need to look for alternative to the OSCE MG," he said.
