Raffi Hovannisian: language of preconditions - the easiest way to refuse Karabakh talks

However, the language of preconditions is the easiest way to freeze talks, member of theArmenian delegation to PACE Raffi Hovannisian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter when commenting on refusal of the Azeri parliamentarians to meet with Armenian counterparts. "The Armenian side has many reasons for setting preconditions. However, I completely disagree with the position Azeri MPs," he said.



The chairs of the Azerbaijani parliamentary commissions declined the proposal to hold a conference on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. According to Rabiyat Aslanova, chair of the human rights commission, any cooperation between the MPs is impossible unless the Karabakh conflict is resolved.
