MEETING OF SECRETARIES OF SECURITY COUNCILS OF RUSSIA, GEORGIA, ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN POSTPONED

As Georgian Security Council head Tedo Japaridze stated, "there are some points" that make us think of advisability of holding such a meeting at this stage.
