Karabakh conflict settlement to be in focus of Finland's OSCE chairmanshipApril 9, 2008 - 20:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met Wednesday with the Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Heikki Talvitie, who arrived in Armenia to attend the inauguration of President-elect Serzh Sargsyan, the RA MFA press office reported. Welcoming the quest, the Armenian Minister expressed satisfaction with Finland's attention to the South Caucasus region. For his part, Mr Talvitie thanked Mr Oskanian for efficient joint work. The parties also referred to prospects of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, which will be in focus of Finland's chairmanship in the OSCE.
