PanARMENIAN.Net - The first meeting of Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian with his Azeri counterpart will take place in Strasbourg on May 7, RA MA acting spokesman Tigran Balayan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

"This will be a familiarization meeting," he said.

Earlier, Elmar Mammadyarov said "he doesn't think that appointment of new Armenian Foreign Minister will bring the Karabakh process to naught."

Edward Nalbandian assumed the office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia on April 14, 2008.
