PanARMENIAN.Net - Samvel Farmanyan, who was recently appointed as Serzh Sargsyan's reviewer, will take the office of RA President's Spokesman, an informed source told PanARMENIAN.Net Farmanyan is the Sec.Gen. of United Liberal National Party.
