  RA President: Karabakh war not finished yetOctober 3, 2008 - 14:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The recent events in South Ossetia had sobering effect, the Armenian President said. "We should not only give a pragmatic assessment of these events but also secure stability in the country and seek for new approaches and solutions," Serzh Sarsgyan said in his address to the nation. "As to the Karabakh war, it will not be over as long as the armament drive is going on. It will be over when we congratulate the Presidents of Karabakh and Azerbaijan on peaceful resolution of the conflict," the Armenian President said.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
