  Yerevan hails Philippines balanced policy on Armenia in international organizationsJanuary 23, 2009 - 18:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Philippines' newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia Victor Garcia III handed his credentials to RA President Serzh Sargsyan.President Sargsyan hailed the Philippines' balanced policy on Armenia in international organizations and stressed the importance to develop bilateral relations in various fields, the RA leader's press office reported.
