"We have good achievements and big expectations," Serzh Sargsyan told the 4th congress of Prosperous Armenia party. "Armenia is engaged in a number of new initiatives within the CIS. We are also willing to develop friendly relations with the neighbor states," he said, adding that the entire region will benefit from establishment of cooperation in energy, communications and economy.
