FINAL STAGE OF TALKS ON REPAYMENT OF ARMENIAN STATE DEBT TO RUSSIA EXPECTED

PanARMENIAN.Net - July 16, Armenian-Russian commission on economic cooperation co-chair, industry, science and technology minister of Russia Ilya Klebanov's visit to Yerevan is expected. Klebanov and commission Armenian co-chair, RA defense minister Serge Sarkisian will discuss the final details of the agreement on transition of shares of several Armenian enterprises to Russia for repayment of the Armenian State debt to RF. It is expected, Klebanov will make concrete suggestions stating how and with the shares of which enterprises the debt will be repaid. "Mars" factory, the institutes of mathematical machines, computerized systems of management and science of materials are included in the list of the enterprises that will be transferred to Russia. Besides, Russian Energy Company RAO EES agreed to accept the Razdan thermoelectric power station for debt repayment.
