  ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT FORECASTS FOREIGN INVESTMENT AFFLUX OF $300 MILLION IN 2003August 9, 2003 - 21:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government forecasts foreign investment afflux of $250-300 million in 2003. Deputy minister of trade and economic development of Armenia Tigran Davtian told "Armenia" TV channel today. In his words, in 2002 the foreign investment inflow made $217 million. Davtian reported that large investments were expected to be made in "ArmenTel" telecommunication enterprise, "ArmenAl" aluminum foil production plant, "Frank Muller" watch industry, the Yerevan airport. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
