ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT FORECASTS FOREIGN INVESTMENT AFFLUX OF $300 MILLION IN 2003

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian government forecasts foreign investment afflux of $250-300 million in 2003. Deputy minister of trade and economic development of Armenia Tigran Davtian told "Armenia" TV channel today. In his words, in 2002 the foreign investment inflow made $217 million. Davtian reported that large investments were expected to be made in "ArmenTel" telecommunication enterprise, "ArmenAl" aluminum foil production plant, "Frank Muller" watch industry, the Yerevan airport.
