RA Prosecutor General's Office instigated criminal cases on violations at elections into the Council of Elders

PanARMENIAN.Net - RA Prosecutor General's Office instigated criminal cases on violations and falsifications of election results at 8/15, 7/7 and 7/9 polling stations.



Taking into consideration that in materials studied violations of art. 150 of RA Criminal Code are registered (voting or election results' falsification), RA Prosecutor General's Office instigated 3 criminal cases, submitting them to special investigatory service for further examination, RA Prosecutor General's Office reported.
