  Belgian Senate speaker will visit Genocide victims' memorialSeptember 30, 2009 - 23:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Belgian Senate leader Armand De Decker will pay an official visit to Yerevan. Senate speaker has scheduled a visit with RA President Serzh Sargsyan, RA NA speaker Hovik Abrahamayn, as well as RA parliamentary factions' leaders.Meetings with RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, RA FM Edward Nalbandian and All Armenian Catholicos Garegin II are also on Armand De Decker's agenda. Belgian Parliament speaker will visit Armenian Genocide victims' memorial, RA Parliament's press service reported. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
