  RA DM Institute for National and Strategic Studies to be reformed into National Defense UniversityDecember 2, 2009 - 20:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the Institute for National and Strategic Studies at Armenian Defense Ministry, Major General Hayk Kotanjyan met NATO military education experts on Wednesday.At the meeting, INSS Director briefed the guests on the program of transforming RA DM Institute for National and Strategic Studies into National Defense University, in accordance with US military academy standards. Hayk Kotanjyam characterized the American standards to be the most effective in the sphere of humanities and military education.
