CASE OF FORMER CHIEF OF ARMENIAN INTERNAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT TAKEN TO LAW

PanARMENIAN.Net - The case of the former Chief of the Department of execution of criminal penalty of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia Mushegh Saghatelian is brought into court. Let us remind that Saghatelian is indicted for preparing a false denunciation of implication of President Robert Kocharian and Defense Minister Serzh Sargsian in organizing the terrorist act in the Armenian Parliament, for forgery of the diploma of higher education, hooliganism, exceeding his commission and abuse of official position. Mushegh Saghatelian himself does not admit guilt.
