  24.29% turnout registered at 10th constituency January 10, 2010 - 23:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 13566 out of 55851 voters (24.29%) balloted at the pre-term parliamentary elections at the 10th constituency of Yerevan, according to the RA Central Election Committee. Ara Simonyan, National Unity member, Davit Hakobyan, leader of Marxist Party of Armenia, and Nikol Pashinyan, editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper run for the parliament after Khachatur Sukiasyan laid down his mandate.
