$100 MLN TO BE INVESTED IN «ZVARTNOTS» YEREVAN AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Argentinean businessman Eduardo Ernekyan will invest $ 100 mln in the development of «Zvartnots» Yerevan international airport. David Harutyunyan, the justice minister of Armenia, told an «Arminfo» agency correspondent this. It should be reminded that the agreement on the airport management for 30 years between Armenia and Argentinean businessman was signed October 4, 2001. First, the runway is planned to be reconditioned. Then the terminal-2 with VIP lounge is planned to be rebuilt and new buildings are also planned to be built. The minister noted, for these purposes, $35 mln. would be invested for the first five years. $50 mln will be invested for the next 10 years and additional $15 mln will be invested in the last stage.
