The initiator of the measures intends to press for adding an item to the law to prohibit introduction of payment by minute for city internal telephone conversations until equal conditions are secured for all telephone users. Let us remind that in case of introducing such an item "ArmenTel" company can file a claim in the International Arbitration Tribunal against the Armenian Government.
