ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY DENIED REPORTS ON VICTIMS IN SKIRMISH AT AZERI-KARABAKH BORDER

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Zerkalo" Azeri newspaper report on victims of the skirmish in Terter stretch of the border between Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh is not true. As the press service of the defense ministry of Armenia told "Arminfo" agency, the day before at about 9 p.m. Yerevan time shots were heard from the Azeri territory, in response to which a few were made by the Karabakh party. Meanwhile, "Zerkalo" reported that resulting from the skirmish Azeri soldier Hasan Ihbal was killed, which was confirmed by the Azeri defense ministry. The newspaper also reports that the Karabakh party suffered losses, too. However, the press service of the Armenian defense ministry reported that no one was killed resulting from the exchange of fire either from the Azeri or the Karabakh side.
