Ruben Hakobyan: Armenia tied to Karabakh

Armenia is tied to Karabakh, an Armenian expert said.



“During the past two decades, life in Armenia was conditioned by the Karabakh conflict,” director of analytic research center Ruben Hakobyan told a news conference in Yerevan.



He presumed that progress in the negotiation process may help Armenia improve domestic situation.
