TRIAL FOR MURDER IN YEREVAN "POPLAVOK" CAFÉ STARTED

PanARMENIAN.Net - The trial on the officer of guard service of Armenia's President Aghamal Arutyunian, who is accused of reckless killing of Georgia's citizen Pogos Pogosian, has started in Yerevan. It should be reminded that September 24 in Yerevan "Poplavok" café, an incident had happened after which the dead body of Poghos Poghosian was found in the toilet. There were several injuries on the body of the killed. According to witness Stepan Nalbandian, Poghosian was beaten unmercifully by people who he did not know after he had made disrespectful remarks concerning President Kocharian sitting at the next table with famous singer Sharl Aznavour. The accused Aghamal Arutyunian refused to admit his guilt at the sitting yesterday.
