ANKARA DOES NOT BELIEVE IMF CREDIT TO TAKE COUNTRY OUT OF ECONOMIC CRISIS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish State Minister Kemal Dervish stated that much hope should not be pinned on the credit of 10 billion dollars that IMF had promised to Ankara. In his words, it is a big question whether this money will let take the country out of the serious economic crisis, in which it has found itself. It is known that at least 5 billion dollars out of the promised ten will be returned on the spot as the interest for the credits taken earlier. In other words Turkey borrows money only to be able to pay back the old debts. In Dervish's opinion, IMF credits in the reality will not let either raise industry or create new employment vacancies. At the same time he does not see any other way out.
