CONTRACT ON SELLING "NAIRIT" ENTERPRISE MAJORITY INTEREST TO "INTER-CONTACT" UKRAINIAN COMPANY TO BE CONCLUDED NEXT WEEK

PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of "Inter-Contact" Ukrainian company will arrive in Yerevan Monday to sign a contract on acquisition of 51% of shares of "Nairit" chemical enterprise. The Ukrainian side will receive the majority interest through buying additionally issued shares to the sum of 12 million dollars. "Inter-Contact" company commits itself to spend another 10 million dollars as investments. The enterprise, which is in a standstill because of debts, is already expected to resume work December 15. A part of "Nairit" production will be sold in the Chinese market.
