Thus, the Armenian-Iranian cooperation will not suffer from it, Iranologist Sevak Sarukhanyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Commenting on Turkey’s objection to application of sanctions against Iran, he noted that it is related to improvement in the two countries’ relations recently. “Turkey is also going to implement a nuclear program and possibly it will tread in Iran’s steps,” said Sarukhanyan. According to him, application of sanctions against Iran will not anyhow affect the region.
