According to Zurabyan, the verdicts of the Armenian judicial instances have nothing to do with Pashinyan's case. "We had not been expecting another decision. Thus, we have passed through all judicial instances of Armenia and we are going to apply to the European Court of Human Rights," Levon Zurabyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. On January 19, 2010, the court of the first instance sentenced Nikol Pashinyan to seven years of imprisonment in the case of the March 1, 2008, tragic events.
